Short version: I collect your email so I can send you the free prompts and the occasional email after that. I don't sell your details to anyone, and you can leave whenever you want.

I don't take payment details on this site. The small site-measurement records described below are separate from the details you enter on forms.
why i collect it
To send you the free prompts you asked for, and to email you now and then about what I'm building, what's working, and tools or courses I use and recommend.
who else sees it
These services help me run the site and email list:
- Systeme.io runs the signup form on this site, stores my email list, and sends my emails.
- Google runs my inbox and the separate form I use for bonus claims.
- Vercel hosts this website and receives routine connection information when a page loads.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on these pages, so Google receives a request when the fonts load.
Each service handles information under its own privacy practices. Nobody buys your details from me, because I don't sell them.
the affiliate bit
Some links I share are affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you buy through one. I say so wherever it applies. If you follow an affiliate link, the destination site handles any information you submit there, including payment details.
getting out
My marketing emails have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list.
If you want your details deleted entirely, email hey@idkimrich.com and I'll remove you. You can also ask me what I hold about you.
cookies
Measurement. This site uses a small first-party script to count selected page views, form-submit attempts, and named link or button interactions. An accepted application record is written to Vercel's runtime logs with five fields: a version tag, event name, page label, broad referrer bucket (such as "search" or "social"), and a server-added timestamp rounded to the minute. The measurement script does not create or read cookies. Its measurement request is sent with browser credentials omitted, so cookies are not attached to that request. The application record contains no names, emails, IP addresses, form contents, prompts, full URLs, device fingerprints, or request headers. Separately, Vercel processes routine request and connection metadata while hosting the site and runtime logs under its own practices. I do not maintain a separate visit database. If measurement is unreachable, the site continues to work.
This site loads fonts from Google, which means Google sees the font request. The services you reach through an external link have their own privacy and cookie practices.
